Michigan Democratic Party State Convention:

All are invited to attend the Michigan Democratic Party convention this Saturday in Lansing, at the Lansing Center, from 9-5pm. Gov. Granholm and Sen. Stabenow will be speaking, as well as the Attorney General and Secretary of State candidates for 2006. If you need a ride or are interested in carpooling, please email Laura.

Kestenbaum for County Clerk Fundraiser:

County Clerk Larry Kestenbaum announces that his first annual President's Day fundraiser will be held on Monday, February 20, starting at 5:30 pm, at the home of Al & Mary Hegerich, 5195 Pontiac Trail, Ann Arbor (3 miles north of Dhu Varren Road, on the left). on February 24, 2006, 7:00p.m., at The Michigan Union, Anderson Room, Ann Arbor, MI.

Join us in saying farewell to Ann Arbor's own State Rep., Chris Kolb, who will be term-limited out of the legislature this year. All are welcome to attend. $35 gets you in the door. Dinner and dessert included. $20 for students and members of the Michigan Young Democrats.
