Despite the election being certified and done, Senator Ed McBroom, chair of the MI Senate Oversight Committee, appears intent on continuing the shenanigans.
There will be a Senate Oversight hearing on Tuesday, December 1 at 10:15am focused on absentee ballot counting at the TCF Center in Detroit. The hearing will be held in person in Lansing. We are encouraging people to submit written testimony or request to testify virtually (though it is unclear whether they will provide that opportunity).

Sample email language:
I would like to submit testimony during the Senate Oversight Committee hearing happening on Tuesday, December 1 on absentee ballot counting at the TCF Center. I want to speak out against continued attempts to sow doubts about our election, particularly the continued attempts to undermine voting in Detroit, Michigan’s largest Black community. Absentee ballot counting at the TCF Center was well run by election officials and election workers, despite aggressive and inappropriate behavior by Republican challengers.
The election is over and has been certified. You as elected officials should be focused on protecting public health during a global pandemic, not baseless political theater aimed at further dividing us.
