Ann Arbor Juneteenth 2020 Replay on CTN- If you missed it!
On Saturday, June 20, the City of Ann Arbor and PEG supported the Ann Arbor branch of the NAACP in a variation of the normal gathering. The special day of commemoration began with a Walk for Racial Justice with historic landmark markers submitted by the African American Cultural and Historical Museum of Washtenaw County. The day ended with a 2-hour virtual program focusing on recent events that led up to the current global unrest, personal testimonies and calls to action. It includes a screening of the eye-opening movie “Suppressed: The Fight to Vote”. This telecast will be aired on Community Television Network, Channel 16. 8 pm
