The main purpose of County Committee is to foster and support the grassroots precinct organization. The Executive Committee determines the membership of the County Committee which shall include 2 party member representatives from each precinct in the county nominated and elected by the Executive Committee and any additional members the Executive Committee may nominate and elect.
