Support the WCDP Voter Guide!
Please make any size donation to help us reach more Washtenaw County voters in this critical (again!) election year. And ask your friends to do so as well! This letter, or this one, will help you make the ask.
Thank you for helping us deliver the Voter Guide to more residents than ever this year!

Vote from home!
Join the “permanent mail ballot” list:
Why?
- You will receive your ballot at home ~45 days before every election.
- You can vote anytime you feel like it and use the postage-paid envelope to mail your ballot back OR drop it in your nearest drop box (see below).
- You can use MIvoter.org at your leisure to learn about the candidates, ballot proposals, and deadlines, and to find your nearest drop box.
- You don’t have to worry about being sick or stuck at work on Election Day, or about lines or intimidation at the polls.
How?
- You can request a ballot online if you’re already registered to vote in Michigan and check the option to automatically receive ballots for all future elections.
- Learn everything else about registration and voting through the links at MIvoter.org

And Your Michigan Voter Guide!
#1 Now Live: Your Michigan Voter Database
On June 17th, MIvoter.org launched something built by volunteers, for voters – data on elected officials across nearly all of Michigan, personalized to your address (your address is never stored or shared).
Find out exactly who represents you, from your township trustee to the White House, with names and contact information at your fingertips. Starting September 1st, the database expands to include Democratically endorsed candidates statewide.
Built by Michiganders, for Michiganders
This database is built by volunteers, including county-level Democratic Party volunteers, who researched and verified information to reflect what’s actually happening in their communities.
Democracy Doesn’t Take a Break
Most people don’t know who their local officials are until they need them. MIvoter.org changes that – not just during election season, but year-round. Enter your address and see who represents you right now. Then share it with someone who doesn’t know yet.
See what you can do right now to stay informed about events, protests, and petitions for ballot proposals & candidates, and to make your voice heard with your current officials. Just by typing in your street address (which is never tracked), you can learn who represents you at all levels of government, and how to contact each one of them. Bookmark it to stay informed year long.
